Frank is the founder and President of Cavalry Construction. Since 1989, Frank Jones has estimated, built and completed in excess of 1 Billion dollars of insurance related losses. Mr. Jones is the qualifying individual for our licenses in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.
- Deborah Frazier - General Manager
Deborah has been with Cavalry Construction since 1993. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University and has over 33 years in experience in the Project Management, Construction Administration and General Manager positions. Mrs. Frazier is the qualifying individual for the Florida and Georgia licenses.
- Chad Fuller – Regional Manager
Mr. Fuller is a graduate of Texas A&M University. His professional experience includes residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial construction with an emphasis in the field of structural mitigation, reconstruction and general construction consulting. Since 2000 Chad Fuller has estimated, managed, consulted and produced in excess of 500 Million dollars of insurance related losses in 14 states.
