Loss Consulting, Appraisal & Umpire

Cavalry Construction has served as an independent property loss consultant, appraiser, and umpire for hundreds of insurance claims. Our knowledgeable catastrophe restoration estimators write accurate appraisals which help to settle the insurance claim dispute quickly and often without need for legal intervention. Furthermore, our construction and restoration experts are qualified to act as umpires. When serving as an umpire over a loss, we use our construction knowledge to end a claim dispute equitably for both the property owner and insurance company.

In addition to loss consulting, we are also available as a "Clerk of The Works". This service allows us to independently observe an ongoing construction project to ensure the contractor's work is performed properly.
